Oh! You either 1) got here by mistake, 2) clicked a link on the main section of the Mathie's Memos website, or 3) clicked a link found in an actual article found on said website.
Don't worry -- we don't bite.
Remaining as transparent as possible, we are granting you the knowledge that we do supply links to various sources and resources that reward us in kind for sending you on such journeys.
Again, don't worry -- we don't bite.
Referral links and/or codes are our cup of tea, and generally grant both parties (ie: You ["The Referred"] and Mathie's Memos ["The Referrer"]) a bonus for your time and effort joining as a referred party with a referral link/code. Almost always (be it points or actual monies), these are identical rewards on both sides.
Once in a while there will be a much larger stipend to one side or the other (ie: Amazon's 200$ Gift Card to the referred [June-July 2025], to the referrer's 50$ bonus).
Seldom, one or both sides of the referring get absolutely nothing beyond the knowledge they did a referral thing. Yay, a referral thing.
As far as referrals go? Unless we miss something, we will always keep the amounts up-to-date and -- should a long-term referral program have one or both sides getting nothing -- we will be absolutely certain such is noted. (Revolut, an online banking platform that is used around the world, has its moments. It is, most assuredly, one company that loves to make referrals with no compensation.)
At present (July 2025), Mathie's Memos is only affiliated with the following companies, websites, and/or manufacturers:
- Amazon.com
- Benable.com (and its third-party affiliates)
- Amazon.com
- Barnes & Noble
- Walmart
- eBay
- Elfsight
- NIMO PC
- ySense
All posts with referral links/codes, as well as directional links to said affiliated websites (specifically marked by yellow highlighter), are strictly by our own desire to bring some of the best websites, apps, and items to the public's attention; almost all of the referrals have both parties being granted rewards for the use of said links/codes in equal amounts.
At no point in time will we EVER give false advertisement for product(s)/service(s) from companies/manufacturers that we have not vetted, purchased products from, and/or tested said products. Any reviews posted are sincere reviews from personal experience.
As always, we hope you enjoy your time reading some of our outlandish notions - regardless of if you actually sign up for anything that includes a referral link, or if you happen to make a purchase through affiliate links.
-- Mathie Tremas.
P.S. We're usually not that big on the royal "we/our" for blogs, but it tends to flow better in semi-legal grounds such as these.
